Professional Profile


  Mary Wilson has more than 25 years of experience as a manager, consultant and trainer within manufacturing and service organizations. She has created and implemented human resources development programs that have helped individuals and organizations become more effective.

  In 1997 Mary established Learning Solutions, a consulting practice that focuses on enhancing relationships in the workplace. Her areas of expertise include teambuilding, interpersonal communication, conflict management, group facilitation, leadership development and performance feedback. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member of the Center for Business and Industry at Northampton Community College.

  Mary has held the position of Assistant Vice President, People Development, at Keystone Foods Corporation, a multi-national McDonald’s supplier, where she was responsible for creating and putting in place innovative employee development processes. She was a key contributor to the start-up of total quality management and the development and roll-out of Keystone’s Vision. Her background also includes a variety of positions in human resources development and employee communication at Bethlehem Steel Corporation. In 1988 Bethlehem recognized her achievements by giving her its "Gold Award" for significant contribution to the company.

  She is an honors graduate of Dickinson College and has a master’s degree from Lehigh University. Mary is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development, where she has served as a local chapter president and national director of ASTD’s food industry group.
